Note on Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days working days starting the day after delivery. We give all refunds as soon as possible, usually immediately on receipt of the returned goods, in the condition sold and with ALL the documentation provided and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment. Please remember that it is your responsibility to pay return postage costs, no one expects Marks & Spencer to refund petrol or car parking costs if you decide to exchange or return an item. Distant selling law quite reasonably & fairly sees postage costs as your part of the transaction as per the terms you agreed to.
