You fund the return postage you pay to return the item, after all you would not expect Marks & Spencer to refund your petrol and car parking costs when you return a pair of knickers.

We charge just £2.50 (UK) postage, packing and insurance no matter how big or small your order is. We know that the stamps may, on small orders actually cost much less than that (circa 54p). Please respect that the charge covers secure packaging, which is expensive, postal insurance even more expensive and the fact that the post-room staff at Loving-the-Bead do expect to get paid.
