The only negative comment I have to say is that I ordered 3 separate items for 3 separate gifts but they came in 2 pouches which means I have to go and buy an additional pouch.

I placed an order via Amazon and decided to add to the order. Lovingthebead were really prompt in replying to my query (almost immediate) and were able to suggest an alternative to my problem. Beads arrived very quickly in good but not over, packaging. I was really impressed with the quality of the beads and they still look good.

I ordered several bonus sets for Christmas presents... They arrived very quickly despite the snow... One set was the wrong colour but after a short phone call to a very helpful lady the correct set arrived the next day with an extra bead, even though I was told they were snowed in. Cannot fault the customer service.

I recieved my lovingthebeads bracelet with a starter park and a few extra beads today and I love it. The delivery was super fast and because the package was small it came straight through the letterbox, no hassle at all. The quality is lovely and there have been no problems so far!

I ordered several beads from this company and I have to say, the service is amazing. The beads arrived very nicely presented in small drawstring bags. Unfortunately, the flower charm had one of the petal diamonds loose in the bag. I emailed lovingthebeads and got a quick reply that they would send me a replacement straight away and today I received it with a free bead! Great customer service and very fast delivery.

Maybe you should have used more bags to put them in, as some were scratched from moving around among other beads, when I received them (that happens quickly).
